“Those kids are writing music well beyond their years. Wow, they blew me away . . .” Wood said he played his personal favorite, “Music of Our Lives,” and got what he called an “overwhelming response” from his listeners.
“I was even getting truck drivers calling me and asking where they could get the song,” Wood said. “Their music reminds a little of Widespread Panic and the Allman Brothers. It’s a good-feeling happy jam band. It’s unique and positive and very impressive.”
“. . . They’ll be a force to be reckoned with.”

Moose: This rock group gets the Jam award for the best name. “We wanted to pick a symbol for the band that matched our personalities. A moose is a large, free-roaming animal. In cartoons, it sometimes has a goofy and comical aspect to it, as do we,” according to drummer (Will) Smith.
